Authors/Speakers must register under the registration types “Accellera Member” or “Non-Member”. Student Rate and SystemC Evolution Day will not be accepted for Authors/Speakers.

Please note that to qualify for an exhibit staff pass your company must be first contracted as an exhibitor and paid in full.

Invitation Letter

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact Conference Management by email: lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com.

In your email, provide the following information: complete name, mailing address, and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend DVCon Europe. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.

Please note that registration refunds are not guaranteed once an Invitation Letter has been issued. 

Registration Policies/Terms and Conditions​

If for any reason beyond DVCon’s control DVCon determines that DVCon must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that DVCon will use its best efforts to provide a refund on registration fees paid to it by Participant. If despite using its best efforts, DVCon is not able to provide a full refund of registration fees due to its losses incurred in connection with the cancellation or change to the DVCon Show, DVCon may retain a portion of the registration fees paid to it by Participant and will refund to Participant the remaining balance of registration fees paid to it by Participant.

DVCon will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $50, for any cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the conference start date. Cancellations should be directed to lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from DVCon on or or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of the date of cancellation received to the original form of payment. After 30 days before the conference there will be no refunds for registrations canceled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com up until 1 week before the event start date. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the hotel.

All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, service providers, and all others must abide by the following policy:

Expected Behavior

  • Be considerate of those around you.
  • Be respectful of others and their viewpoints that may be different from your own.
  • Be collaborative with others.
  • Be mindful of your words and actions.

Unacceptable behaviors may include, but are not limited to:

  • Offensive or unwanted behavior or language related to, but not limited to, race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other similar categories.
  • Visual harassment, such as sexual images OR sexual language including in presentations, PowerPoint etc.
  • Sexual harassment of any kind, such as unwelcome sexual advances or words/actions of a sexual nature.
  • Wearing attire that includes harmful or offensive language or imagery that is not appropriate for a professional setting.
  • Disruption of presentations during sessions or events organized by DVCon throughout the conference.
  • Abusive action directed at an individual, such as threats, intimidation, or bullying
  • Sharing your DVCon registration credentials with any other person(s).
  • Making event content available to a competitor of DVCon
  • Possession of a weapon or something that could be construed as a weapon
  • Possession or mention of illegal substances
  • Inappropriate comments or stalking of fellow attendees.
  • Nudity is prohibited.
  • Any other illegal activity not already covered above.

DVCon has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you are the subject of, or witness to any violations, you can contact us by sending an email to lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com. 

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated and could result in debarment from current, and/or any future DVCon events. If a participant is found or reasonably believed to be engaging in unacceptable behavior, DVCon may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the event without warning or refund. If appropriate, local law enforcement may get involved.

Repercussions

Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund, at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. In addition, attendees are subject to the About Accellera Systems Initiative policies. 

By allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge you consent to DVCon sharing your contact information with such exhibitors for the purpose of contacting you during or after the event and sending marketing communications. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly if you choose not to receive communications. You are under no obligation to have your badge scanned by DVCon’s exhibitors if you do not wish to receive such communications.

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in DVCon, you hereby warrant and represent that you are age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue DVCon or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of DVCon This Liability Waiver & Release is specifically binding upon your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.

To comply with global data privacy laws, DVCon imposes certain restrictions on the use of multimedia at its events (e.g. photography, video, audio, online streaming, and all future mediums). An attendee is permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smart phones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. Video recording is NOT permitted. 

DVCon reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors).

The views expressed by any attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of DVCon. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporate presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.
