Registration

Authors/Speakers must register under the registration types “Accellera Member” or “Non-Member”. Student Rate and SystemC Evolution Day will not be accepted for Authors/Speakers. The author registration deadline is September 18th. 

One “Accellera Member” or “Non-Member” registration covers the expenses for only ONE accepted paper. A separate registration is required for each additional accepted paper.

Please note that to qualify for an exhibit staff pass your company must be first contracted as an exhibitor and paid in full. Sponsor & Exhibitor Representative registration deadline is September 18th.

Invitation letter

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact Conference Management by email: lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com.

In your email, provide the following information: complete name, mailing address, and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend DVCon Europe. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.

Please note that registration refunds are not guaranteed once an Invitation Letter has been issued.
