Registration

All Sponsor and Exhibit representatives must be registered to participate in the conference. The following sponsor & exhibit opportunities include complimentary full conference registrations:

  • Gold Sponsors: 3 Complimentary Registrations
  • Silver Sponsors: 1 Complimentary Registration

Contact lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com to receive a discount code for the above opportunities. 

All sponsor/exhibit staff participating in the conference sessions or exhibit hall must register and pay the appropriate fees.

Exhibit Booth

The following items are included in all exhibit booths:

  • 3m x 2m (6sqm) Standard Shell Scheme Booth
    • White walls with a standard fascia inscribed ID sign
  • One Bistro Table
  • Two Bar Stools
  • Electrical will be available at each booth. There will be one outlet per booth, extension cords will not be provided.

The below floorplan is tentative and subject to change. The conference reserves the right to adjust the location of booths as needed onsite to accommodate food & beverage.

  • Exhibitor Set-Up (October 14, 2024): 2:30 – 6:00 PM (set-up can NOT occur before or after the listed time) 
  • Exhibit Floor Open (October 15, 2024): 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Exhibit Floor Open (October 16, 2024): 10:15 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Clean Up (October 16, 2024): 5:30 – 8:00 PM (clean up can NOT occur before or after the listed time)
